Proof of deposit (only required for EFT payments)

Proof of address
Latest Payslip
Completed Direct Debit form

* Please note there is a monthly R12-50 admin fee and a R150-00 application fee

Proof of payment is require for EFT payments so that we can create your account immediately unless you are a FNB client, then payment would reflect immediately.
