Client course administrators may use MySkills Central to run on demand reports evaluating various
aspects of their students’ performance and progress. MySkills Central’s reporting options are menu
driven and easy to use; typically the training session for the tool takes less than an hour. Reports can be
viewed on screen, printed to printer or exported to file.

A Manager may define the ranges for a given report and these ranges may be changed at will.
Arrangement of the report information may also be administrator defined and records may be sorted by
either student name or ID and filtered based on user groups, curricula, or both. Either summary reports
or detailed reports may be displayed to screen to preview a report before exporting or exported to a
TSV file. A print-friendly version of any report is also available. The bottom of each report screen offers
a forward/backward page option as well as the ability to jump to a specific page in the report. Managers
may add a custom note that shows at the top of each page of a report. They can also configure which
users, courses, and/or subscriptions are displayed on reports by use of data choices before running the
report.

The following reports are available from MySkills Central:

• Student Progress - Shows detailed student information, including: percentage completed, first
  and best score, first and best skill assessment, start and end date, number of units, percentage
  mastered, passing status, and course hours.
• User Roles and Privileges - Shows the users who are assigned to roles and the privileges each
  role contains.
• Single-User Curriculum - Shows complete curriculum for individual student.
• Student Information - Shows detailed information about students, including: when courses
  were last accessed, first and last name, date student’s record was created, user ID, password,
  and email address.
• Series Mastered - Displays how many series students have mastered. Includes series mastered,
  number of courses and hours, and last access date.
• Single Student Transcript - Shows detailed course performance for individual students.
• PLP Progress - Displays the learning objects assigned to each user, and the progress for each
  course.
• User Satisfaction Survey - Shows whether users intend to take an entire course or use as
  reference material. Includes course satisfaction level for each type of user.
• Reference Library Usage(if licensed) - Shows detailed information about the eBooks that
  students access, including: student first and last name, user ID, when each eBook was accessed,
  and how much time the student spent in each eBook.
• Course Reports
• Course Utilization - Shows the number of times students have accessed particular courses. This
  report also indicates percentage completion, number of hours, and units completed.
• Curricula Assigned to User Groups - Shows all curricula assigned to user groups in your site.
• Courses in Curriculum - Shows all courses within each curriculum
